1. How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is 7 to 14 working days. At Grace Boutique Rosewood, we always strive to deliver your order on time. If it takes longer, simply contact our customer service team — we’ll be happy to assist you.


2. What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. Once we receive it in good condition, we will refund the full order amount including shipping costs.

Return costs from your home to our warehouse are at your own expense (please check your carrier’s website for exact pricing). To start a return, email us at 📧 info@graceboutique-rosewood.com. Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving your return.

If an item is damaged or used beyond what is necessary to test it, we may deduct depreciation from the refund. Please ensure products are returned carefully and well packed.


3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and details so we can resolve the issue quickly.


4. How secure is my online order?
All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted websites. Your data is transmitted securely to our payment provider for authorisation and is never stored on our servers.


5. What is the shipping price?
As a special service, we currently offer free standard shipping within the USA.


6. Where is my parcel?
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please note: for logistical reasons, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.


7. Why is my tracking not working?
Sometimes carriers need 1–2 working days to update tracking information. If this happens, we kindly ask for your patience.
